  • message or enquiry details

On some course or sector pages, we also ask a small number of follow-up questions, such as:

  • the type of organisation you’re enquiring on behalf of
  • approximate number of people to be trained

These questions help us understand the relevance and urgency of your enquiry.

b) Website usage and technical data

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect limited technical information, including:

  • approximate location (city or region level)
  • device, browser and operating system

This data does not directly identify you.

3. How we use personal data

We use personal data to:

  • respond to enquiries and requests for information
  • follow up with organisations that have contacted us
  • assess suitability and timing of potential training
  • improve our website, content and communications
  • support proportionate business development activity

Where consent has been given, we may also use limited website interaction data to support professional remarketing activity on platforms such as LinkedIn or Google. This allows us to ensure that follow-up communications are relevant to organisations that have previously engaged with our website.

4. Lawful basis for processing

Under UK GDPR, we process personal data on the following bases:

Legitimate interests

We process data where it is reasonably necessary to:

  • respond to enquiries
  • communicate with organisations that request information
  • improve our website and services

We have assessed these interests and believe they are balanced and expected in a professional B2B context.

Consent

We rely on consent where:

  • analytics or marketing cookies are used
  • remarketing activity is enabled
  • marketing communications are optional

You can withdraw consent at any time.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to ensure the website functions properly and to understand how it is used.

  • We use Google Analytics to collect aggregated usage data.
  • Analytics and marketing cookies are only set where you have given consent.
  • Cookie preferences are managed via CookieHub, and can be changed at any time.

Further details are available in our Cookie Policy.

6. Who we share data with

We share personal data only where necessary and with trusted service providers, including:

  • website hosting and infrastructure providers (such as Webflow)
  • analytics providers (such as Google)
  • enquiry and CRM systems (currently GoHighLevel)

These providers act on our instructions and are required to protect personal data appropriately.

We do not sell personal data.

7. International data transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the UK.

Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are used, including UK-approved international data transfer agreements or standard contractual clauses, to ensure data is protected to UK GDPR standards.

8. How long we keep personal data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this notice.

In practice:

  • enquiry data is kept while discussions are active and for a reasonable period afterwards
  • data that is no longer required is securely deleted or anonymised

Retention periods may vary depending on legal, operational and contractual considerations.

9. Special category data

We do not intentionally collect special category data (such as health information or criminal records) through our website.

If such information is provided voluntarily within an enquiry, it will be handled with appropriate care and used only where necessary.

  • restrict or object to processing
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details below.
