Course Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
These terms apply to all training courses delivered by Everyday Self Defence (ESD). By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Booking Confirmation
‍A booking is confirmed once a course date has been agreed in writing (email or proposal acceptance).
ESD reserves the right to decline or reschedule bookings where necessary.

3. Payment Terms
‍• Invoices will be issued following booking confirmation.
• Payment is required no later than 7 days prior to the course date, unless a valid Purchase Order (PO) number has been provided and alternative payment terms have been agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
‍We understand that plans can change and will always do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests.
Bookings may be rescheduled up to a maximum of two times, subject to availability and any costs incur for travel and accomodation that cannot be trasfered will be due.

Where a booking is cancelled or rescheduled, the following terms apply:

More than 14 days before the course
• No fee is payable.
• The course may be rescheduled to a future date at no additional cost.

Between 7 to 14 days before the course
• 50% of the course fee is payable.
• The course may be rescheduled, subject to the 50% fee.

Within 7 days of the course start date
‍• The full course fee is payable.
• Rescheduling may be possible, but the full fee will still apply.

5. Course Delivery
‍• Courses will be delivered by a qualified ESD trainer.
• ESD reserves the right to change the assigned trainer if required.
• The client is responsible for providing a suitable training space unless otherwise agreed.

6. Participant Information
‍• The client must provide participant names and details in advance where certification is required.
• ESD will provide certification following successful course completion.

7. Changes by ESD
‍In the unlikely event that ESD needs to cancel or reschedule a course:
• A full refund will be offered, or
• The booking may be transferred to a mutually agreed future date.

8. Force Majeure
‍ESD will not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside of its reasonable control, including but not limited to travel disruption, illness, venue issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
