Rescheduling may be possible, but the full course fee will still apply.
Courses will be delivered by a qualified ESD trainer.

The client is responsible for providing a suitable training space unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The client is responsible for ensuring that the training space is safe, appropriate for the agreed course content and available for the full duration of the session.
Where certification is required, the client must provide participant names and any required details in advance of the course.
ESD will provide certification following successful course completion, subject to attendance and any applicable course requirements.
In the unlikely event that ESD needs to cancel or reschedule a course, ESD will offer either:
A full refund of any course fees already paid, or
The option to transfer the booking to a mutually agreed future date.
ESD will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the client as a result of ESD cancelling or rescheduling a course, except where required by law.
ESD will not be liable for delays, cancellations or changes caused by events outside its reasonable control. This may include, but is not limited to, severe travel disruption, trainer illness, extreme weather, venue issues, public health restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where possible, ESD will work with the client to rearrange the course for a mutually convenient future date.
